We offer a
full range of Appraisal Classes, Qualifying/Upgrade Classes and
Continuing Educational Classes for Pre-License, Licensed and
Certified Appraisers. Our classes are taught by instructors who have
more than 30 years experience and continue to maintain an active
appraisal practice.
One of the concerns
that prompted us to develop the school has been the large number of
classes that are offered by schools throughout the state but don't
"make", it becomes difficult to offer anything but the most popular
or most necessary classes. Consequently classes offered by the
majority of schools are identical, yet few of those classes make,
due to lack of students.
An additional
concern is the cost of getting necessary classes. If a 30 hour class
is offered over 4 days, that usually means tuition, motel costs,
meals, travel time, gas or plane fare. Also, plane fare, lodging and
meals for instructors, etc. It can easily cost $1,000.00 for a 4
day class.
The Appraisal
School in Pryor Creek has the lowest cost because we own our classroom and
our instructors are from the Pryor Creek and Tulsa area. Therefore our costs
and expenses are at a minimum.
Plus we furnish a continental breakfast, noon meal and snacks all
day included in tuition. Check with us first and ask about our room
rates in this
area. Our parchment certificates, good location; free parking and
friendly personnel will give you fast friendly service. We welcome
